Rain, rain and more rain. This is about how our backyard is looking right now!
The new top picture is actually my backyard! My daughter took the picture for me with her digital camera.

wow…how stunning!…I got caught inna rain too hun..my umbrella broke and I got an outdoor shower..lol
My youngest has lost the last three umbrellas we’ve had! I had to run to “Wally World” for a printer cartridge and it was pouring! Older daughter and I were literally dripping when we got back into the car!
We have woods buffering our neighborhood and with all the rain we’ve gotten, it really does look similar to the picture!
Wow. That looks nothing at all like Los Angeles.
No, Word, there you have to look through the brown haze. I remember that from having to be indoors at recess!
I just had my daughter take a picture of our backyard and I will post it along with the above one so you can see how close they are!
Yeahm but that one looks beautiful!
Hot and humid here, but no rain.
I’m thinking our backyard is looking pretty good, too! benning, I would send you the rain if I could!
It looks like you’ve got just as much ivy as we do. All poison!
We’ve got bits of tree limbs and such all over the driveway, and the rain came down so hard that we’ve got big washouts and ruts all the way down the driveway. Makes for a bumpy ride.
Thankfully, no flooding that I’ve heard of. We have to keep a close eye on the Ohio River around here…
Groovy, we’re lucky, the ivy climbing the trees is called Liana vine and it’s not poisonous…thank goodness! (though we do have some poison ivy, too).
Just beyond that first line of trees is a creek! We’ve been flooded, but not this time.
Very pretty!
